We are partnering with a local organization seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will focus heavily on reconciliation processes, travel voucher preparation, and data management.
Reconciliation Administrative Assistant

Long-Term Contract (6 Months)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties Include:
- Prepare and complete customer reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Compile, organize, and review travel-related expenses and supporting documentation to create travel vouchers for accounting processing.
- Gather and consolidate travel and financial data into Excel spreadsheets for customer review, reconciliation, and final approval.
- Maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Support the accounting team with administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills are required, including working with formulas, data analysis, sorting/filtering, and large datasets.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, ownership, and a strong drive for excellence.
- Reliable attendance and enthusiasm for working in a fully in-office environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Education:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
